Unpack your plant right away on arrival, and add water to the reservoir. Use room-temperature tap water or distilled water to avoid any impact from hard water.

Place your plant in the best light for its species! Your plant comes with a care guide and an illustration to show you locations that will be right for it. You can also refer to our Plant Care Library to learn more about the care of your specific easyplant!
Make sure your plant's space is free from excessive drafts from heating or cooling systems; hot, cold, or dry air blowing on them will make plants grumpy. Additionally, check the soil moisture frequently; refill the water reservoir only when empty, and ensure the top 1-2 inches of soil feel dry. Aim for a temperature range of 60°F to 75°F for optimal health. Check the reservoir monthly or every two months and refill only when empty. This ensures the plant receives consistent hydration without overwatering.
Give your plant time in its new location; plants like to have a consistent home to settle into, and frequent moves may upset it. Rotate your plant’s pot periodically, ideally making quarter turns during watering, to promote uniform growth. This practice ensures that all sides of the plant receive equal light exposure, promoting balanced and healthy growth.
