How to Get Help

If you notice changes in your Money Tree's health, please contact our Care Team and include:

  • Clear close-up photos of the affected areas

  • A full photo of the entire plant and planter

  • A brief description of what you've observed

  • Any recent changes to the plant's environment or care routine

Providing detailed photos helps our team accurately identify the issue and recommend the best next steps.

Caring for Your Money Tree

Light

Money Trees prefer bright, indirect light. Place your plant near a window where it receives plenty of natural light without prolonged direct sun exposure.

Watering

The easyplant self-watering system is designed to simplify plant care.

  • Check the reservoir periodically to monitor water levels.

  • Refill the reservoir only after it has emptied.

  • Avoid adding water while water remains in the reservoir.

Placement

For best results:

  • Choose a consistent location with stable lighting conditions.

  • Avoid placing the plant near heating vents, radiators, air conditioners, or drafty areas.

  • Limit unnecessary moves, as plants may need time to adjust to environmental changes.

Leaf Changes During Adjustment

It is normal for some plants to experience minor leaf yellowing, browning, or leaf loss after shipping or when adjusting to a new environment. In many cases, healthy new growth will emerge as the plant settles into its new home.
