Activation To activate the extended guarantee option, check the 1-Year guarantee checkbox for each plant you would like to activate the extended guarantee. Troubleshooting Tips:
Avoid express checkout options as these bypass the extended warranty selection screen.
Refresh the checkout page if the option does not initially appear.
Use standard payment methods like debit or credit cards for a smoother process. For a detailed step-by-step process, follow these instructions:
Add the plants to your cart: Begin by selecting the plants you wish to purchase.
Proceed to checkout: Avoid using express checkout methods like Shop Pay, PayPal, or Apple Pay to ensure you see all add-on options.
Enter your shipping details: On the Checkout page, fill in your contact and shipping information manually.
Click 'Continue to Shipping': After entering your details, select this button to advance.
Locate the '1-Year Guarantee Checkbox': On the Shipping page, look for the option to add the extended guarantee.
Add the extended guarantee and proceed: Select this option and continue to payment to complete your order.
Please note we are not able to offer the extended guarantee to purchases made before the guarantee was launched, or add it to purchases that have already shipped. Additionally, the extended guarantee cannot be added after an order has been placed. You can, however, cancel an unshipped order and place a new one to include the extended guarantee.
