Learn about easyplant's extended guarantee for extra peace of mind

We’re excited to offer you even more peace of mind with our 12-Month Extended Guarantee (started in July 2024), in addition to our standard 90-day plant health guarantee. Here’s how it works:

  • Extended Coverage: After the initial 90 days guarantee which is included free of charge with every easyplant, your easyplant will be protected for an additional 9 months.

  • Flexible Pricing: The cost of the Extended Guarantee varies based on the size of your plant and is available for each plant individually.

Our dedicated plant experts are ready to offer personalized guidance and assistance. If your plant starts showing signs of stress, simply reach out to us with a photo, and we’ll provide expert advice to help your plant recover. Worry-Free Replacement or Refund If your plant’s condition is beyond recovery, our 12-Month Guarantee ensures:

  • A replacement easyplant sent to your original address, or

  • A full refund applied to your original account.

Note: Limited to one replacement per plant, with shipping included. Beyond the first replacement, enjoy a 50% discount on a new plant, shipped to your original order address.
How to Claim Your Extended Guarantee To make a claim, please contact our plant-expert support team. We’re here to help and ensure your easyplant experience is exceptional!
Activation To activate the extended guarantee option, check the 1-Year guarantee checkbox for each plant you would live to activate the extended guarantee.

Please note we are not able to offer the extended guarantee to purchases made before the guarantee was launched, or add it to purchases that have already shipped.
