90-day guarantee for plant health

We have a 90-day guarantee for plant health. This guarantee ensures that plants are covered for health issues that arise within 90 days of delivery, including significant decline or damage from shipping-related stress.

To qualify for a replacement or refund under the guarantee, you must:

  1. Submit clear photos of the plant, including:

    • A zoomed-out photo showing the entire plant.

    • Close-up photos highlighting the specific issue.

  2. Provide your order details or the purchasing email.

Your plant's health is the most important thing to us. To ensure your easyplants thrive, we offer personal guidance and assistance via our dedicated plant-expert support. If your plant shows signs of stress, please get in touch with us and send a photo of the issue. We'll try our best to help and guide you on how to recover your plant. If the problem is beyond recovery, your plant is guaranteed by our policy for the first 90 days - we will send a replacement easyplant or refund the plant in full. If eligible, a replacement plant will be arranged at no additional cost, and you do not need to return the original plant. A tracking link will be emailed to you once the replacement ships.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Minor imperfections or normal acclimation stress that do not affect the plant’s overall health.

  • Fungus gnat infestations, as they typically do not harm the plant’s health.

If you are speaking with the AI and want your plant evaluated under this guarantee please explicitly ask for a human to review your case, as the AI cannot provide a resolution under this guarantee.

Additional Scenarios

  • Replacement Plants: Replacement plants are also covered under the 90-day guarantee. However, once the guarantee period for the replacement expires, additional replacements are not provided.

  • Multiple Guarantees: If you purchased a 1-year guarantee, it remains intact even if a replacement is issued during the 90-day period.

  • Severe Decline: If a plant shows significant decline, such as losing most leaves or developing brown spots on new growth, it may qualify for a replacement.

  • What happens if my replacement plant also struggles? If a replacement plant arrives in poor condition or fails to thrive within 90 days, you can request another resolution, such as a second replacement or a refund.

  • Can I choose a different plant as a replacement? Yes, if the original plant is out of stock, you may select a different plant of equivalent value.

  • Do I need to take any steps to activate the guarantee? No, the 90-day plant health guarantee is automatically included with your purchase.

Please note that, like all natural things, plants can have minor blemishes or imperfections - that is what makes them unique. It is normal for plants to experience some stress or shed leaves after being shipped, and it may take time for them to adjust to their new surroundings. These issues are outside the refund policy as they can be easily remedied. For example, minor leaf discoloration or a few dropped leaves during acclimation are normal and not indicative of a health issue.
