Emailing easyplant

I didn't get a reply to my email?

easyplant answers all emails

We respond to all emails received. Our AI Assistant sends an initial reply within minutes—either to gather additional details, provide initial troubleshooting steps, or confirm handoff to our team. If you do not receive this first response, it means your message was not successfully delivered to us. After the initial reply, our human support team follows up if needed; response times vary, typically within 24 hours, and may extend up to 72 hours during high-volume periods.

If you prefer to speak with a human, you can request this at any time. Simply reply to the AI Assistant message asking for a human agent, and your request will be routed to our team to be answered as soon as we can.

Outlook/Hotmail Sending Issues with Large Attachments

Some customers may experience issues when sending emails with large attachments through Outlook or Hotmail (including Outlook.com and mobile apps). In certain cases, messages containing photos or large files can become stuck in the Outbox and fail to send—without generating an error notification. As a result, the email is never delivered.

How to identify the issue

Our system generates an automated response within minutes of receiving an email.
If you do not receive a reply, it generally indicates that your message was not successfully delivered.

Common causes

  • Large image or file attachments exceeding practical sending limits

  • Unstable or slow internet connection during upload

  • Mobile devices attempting to send large files over cellular data

Recommended solutions

1. Reduce attachment size

  • Resize images to a lower resolution before attaching

  • Limit the number of attachments per email

2. Send attachments in separate emails

If multiple files are required, consider dividing them across several messages to reduce the load on a single send attempt.

3. Ensure a stable connection

When sending from a mobile device:

  • Connect to a reliable Wi-Fi network rather than cellular data

  • Avoid sending large attachments on weak or intermittent connections

4. Use website chat for file uploads

For a more reliable alternative:

  • Contact us via the chat feature on our website

  • Upload images directly within the chat interface

This method bypasses typical email attachment limitations and helps ensure your files are received successfully.

Summary

If you do not receive an automated response from us shortly after sending your email, it is likely that the message did not reach our system. In these cases, please review your Outbox, reduce attachment sizes, or use one of the alternative methods outlined above.

We’re here to help and will take a closer look as soon as your message is successfully received.
