You can unsubscribe from easyplant marketing communications at any time using the method that matches the channel you received the message on.
To unsubscribe from marketing emails:
Open any recent marketing email from easyplant.
Scroll to the bottom footer.
Click the “Unsubscribe” link.
The unsubscribe link appears in the footer of all promotional emails.
SMS/Text Messages
To stop receiving marketing text messages:
Reply with: STOP
Once sent, you’ll be removed from future SMS marketing campaigns.
Facebook Messenger
To stop receiving Messenger promotions:
Open the conversation with Mixtiles/easyplant in Messenger.
Tap Manage near the top of the chat.
Update or disable promotional message preferences.
This controls whether you receive updates and promotional messages through Messenger.
