How Can I Check the Shipping Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package's progress and view the latest delivery updates provided by the carrier.

When Will I Receive My Tracking Information?

Orders typically require processing time before they ship. Once your order leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you haven't received a tracking email yet, your order may still be in the fulfillment process.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order by:

  1. Opening your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Clicking the tracking link provided.

  3. Viewing the latest shipping updates directly from the carrier.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Can Items Ship Separately?

Yes. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages. When this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

What About Replacement Orders?

Replacement orders are processed separately from original orders. Once a replacement ships, you'll receive a tracking email with updated shipment details.
