Tracking details and delivery dates may not appear immediately after placing an order. The tracking page updates automatically once the carrier scans the package in transit.
Weather-Related Delays and Safety Measures
Cold Weather Holds: Orders may be delayed during cold weather to protect plants from freezing. easyplant uses weather forecasting tools to monitor conditions along the shipping route. If temperatures are too low, shipments are temporarily placed on hold.
Winter Packaging: Insulation and heat packs are used to protect plants during transit. However, these measures are most effective when temperatures do not stay below 32°F for extended periods.
Monitoring and Shipping: Weather conditions are monitored daily, and orders are shipped as soon as it is safe. Delivery typically takes a few business days after shipment.
Although delays are rare, we will update you via email if your easyplant delivery takes a little longer than estimated. If you'd like to check on the status of your order, you can do so by tapping the chat button on the bottom right hand corner of this screen and then choosing 'order status'.
Delay Notifications: Delay emails are sent automatically if your shipment is delayed. If you don’t see a notification, check your junk or spam folder, as emails may be filtered there.
Check Email Folders: Delay or status emails might land in your Promotions or Junk folders if the sender isn’t in your contacts.
Add easyplant to Contacts: To avoid missing updates, add the sender (e.g., hi@easyplant.com) to your email contacts.
