Yes. When you order, you’ll be asked to enter your email address or your phone number. We’ll send your confirmation details (including a link to view your order) to whichever contact method you choose at checkout. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please consider checking alternate email accounts as you may have used a different one while placing the order.
You'll also see a confirmation screen with your order number and all your order details once your order is through. The order number is important for tracking and verifying your purchase; ensure you save it for future use.
You can check your order status using the 'Order Status' widget when tapping on the chat icon on the bottom right hand corner. Additionally, you may use other methods provided by Easyplant, such as responding to your confirmation email or reaching out to their support team via email at hi@easyplant.com
If you cannot find your confirmation email, please provide your full name and mailing address associated with the order when contacting customer support. This will assist us in locating your order and providing prompt service.
Please note extreme heat/cold during peak Summer & Winter days along your easyplant's route can affect delivery time estimates. We do this to ensure your plant arrives as healthy as possible and we will email you if this happens.
