Yes. When you order, you’ll be asked to enter your email address or your phone number. We’ll send your confirmation details (including a link to view your order) to whichever contact method you choose at checkout.
You'll also see a confirmation screen with your order number and all your order details once your order is through.
You can check your order status using the 'Order Status' widget when tapping on the chat icon on the bottom right hand corner.
Please note extreme heat/cold during peak Summer & Winter days along your easyplant's route can affect delivery time estimates. We do this to ensure your plant arrives as healthy as possible and we will email you if this happens.
