Yes. When you order, you’ll be asked to enter your email address or your phone number. We’ll send your confirmation details (including a link to view your order) to whichever contact method you choose at checkout. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please consider checking alternate email accounts, as you may have used a different one while placing the order. Additionally, ensure you save both your order number and the email address used during purchase, as these are essential for verifying your order or resolving any support inquiries.

Steps for Verifying Your Order

To verify your easyplant order, follow these steps:

  1. Locate your order confirmation email and note the order number and email address used for the purchase.

  2. If the order confirmation email is unavailable, refer to the alternative methods provided below.

Alternative Verification Methods

If you are unable to retrieve the order confirmation email, consider using these alternative methods:

  • Share a screenshot of the order confirmation email, if accessible, for expedited verification.

  • Provide the full name and shipping address as it appears on the order if the purchase was a gift or linked to an inaccessible email address.

You'll also see a confirmation screen with your order number and all your order details once your order is through. The order number is important for tracking and verifying your purchase; ensure you save it for future use.

You can check your order status using the 'Order Status' widget when tapping on the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner. Additionally, you may use other methods provided by easyplant, such as responding to your confirmation email or reaching out to their support team via email at hello@easyplant.com.

If you cannot find your confirmation email, please provide your full name and the mailing address associated with the order when contacting customer support. This will assist us in locating your order and providing prompt service. Alternatively, if you have access to the confirmation email, sharing a screenshot of it can expedite the verification process. For gift orders or inaccessible emails, providing the full name and mailing address as appearing on the shipping label will help us identify the order efficiently.

Please note that extreme heat/cold during peak Summer & Winter days along your easyplant's route can affect delivery time estimates. We do this to ensure your plant arrives as healthy as possible, and we will email you if this happens.
