You don't need to be home to receive your easyplant(s). Our delivery partners will try to find a safe place to leave it by your home. If they aren't able to find a suitable spot, they will try to redeliver your easyplant the next day.
You can always check the status of your easyplant's shipment by tapping the chat icon on the bottom right hand corner of the screen and choosing 'order status'.
