How long does standard shipping take?
Generally, once you place your order, your plant will arrive at your home within 4–9 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. As easyplants are living things, our team monitors weather patterns to ensure your plant is able to be shipped and arrive healthy to you.
Do you offer express shipping?
In addition to our free Standard Shipping, we also offer Priority and Express paid shipping. You can view all shipping options and their estimated delivery timeframes on each plant page and again at checkout.
Priority Shipping: delivers within up to 5 business days
Express Shipping: delivers within up to 3 business days
Expedited options must be selected at checkout and cannot be added after the order is placed.
What causes shipping delays?
In cases of extreme cold, shipments may be delayed to protect plant safety, which can extend delivery timelines. If your order is affected, you will be notified by email.
