Our packaging is custom designed and tested to keep your easyplant safe throughout it's journey.

Your plant should arrive in perfect condition, but if there’s any trouble at all, please tap on the chat button on the bottom right hand corner of this screen to get in touch with our team.

It is normal for plants to experience some stress or shed leaves within the weeks after being shipped, and it may take time for them to adjust to their new surroundings. You can find the optimal space in your home for your plant using our plant care center
