If your easyplant has died or is struggling, easyplant offers various replacement options and support policies to assist you. Below, we outline the key details regarding replacement eligibility, the process, exceptions, and care tips to help your plants thrive.
Replacement Eligibility
Easyplant provides a 90-day plant health guarantee for most purchases. During this period:
If your plant dies or is in poor condition, you may be eligible for a free replacement.
Business customers may have an extended 6-month guarantee.
Gifted plants are also eligible for replacement if they fall within the warranty period.
Conditions for Replacement
You must report the issue within the warranty period.
Supporting photos of the plant (close-up and zoomed-out) are typically required for verification.
Order details, such as the order number and associated email address, may also be requested.
Replacement Process
Contact easyplant Support: Reach out to the support team via their website or email.
Provide Documentation: Submit photos of the affected plant and any required order details.
Confirmation: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking link for your replacement.
No Returns Needed: You do not need to send the dead plant back. Easyplant does not accept plant returns due to the challenges of shipping live plants.
Exceptions and Alternatives
Outside the Warranty Period
If your plant is no longer covered by the warranty:
Replacements are generally not provided.
Discounts or partial refunds may be offered as a goodwill gesture. For example, a 20% discount code may be provided for your next purchase.
Discretionary Replacements
In some cases, easyplant may offer a one-time exception replacement for plants outside the warranty period. If the original plant is out of stock, a comparable alternative may be provided.
Damaged or Dead on Arrival
If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged:
A replacement will be arranged immediately upon reporting the issue.
